(撒迦利亞4: 6)
不 是 倚 靠 勢 力 、 不 是 倚 靠 才 能 、 乃 是 倚 靠 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 的 靈 、 方 能 成 事 。 Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.
1. 委身：鼓勵信徒委身於教會，致力於同心合一禱告，建立一個合神心意的教會。
Commitment: Encourage believers to commit themselves to the church, to work together to pray, and to build a church that pleases God.
2. 成長：建立生命。每件事情的發生，都是我們成長的機會，所以凡事都要感恩。
Growth: Edifying Christian life. The occurrence of everything are the opportunities for our growth, so thanksgiving on everything.
3. 團隊服事：藉著團隊事奉帶出主耶穌基督權能的服事，就是傳道，醫病，趕鬼。
Team Services: Through ministering in teams to bring forth the powerful ministry in Lord Jesus Christ, that is, preaching, healing, and deliverance.
4. 尊重別人：我們是聖潔尊貴，屬神的子民，所以我們要尊重別人與我們是一樣的尊貴。
Respect One Another: We are holy and noble, are the people of God, therefore, we must respect one another and treat one another as noble.
5. 肩負福音的責任：向信徒傳遞大使命，裝備成為門徒，鼓勵承擔使命，迎接主的再來。
Responsible for Spreading the Gospel: Endorsing the Great commission; Discipleship; Encouraging life commitment; Preparing believers for the Lord's Second coming.
